Victor is known to be silent. It seems like his expression never changes. In fact, the way he moves is unnerving in itself. Almost... dead. But that's no big deal. He's nice enough, and doesn't SEEM to be a threat when he's seen around. It's very easy to find the way he watches people a bit unnerving though. It's almost like he's planning something.
