While his creator is long gone, Cephei is dedicated to protecting the small town his creator once did; taking up the role as the towns sheriff despite his corruption. He is a brave, serious Lattear, though can have a bit of a smart mouth on him, especially when it comes to the rugged outlaw that occasionally tries to steal the town and Cephei's heart
